The lessees to form the whole of the area coloured red on plan to such levels as the Director of Public Works
may approve.
The area to be used only for such purposes as the Governor-in-Council may from time to time approve, and in the event of its being used for such purposes as the Governor-in-Council shall not approve it shall revert unconditionally to the Government without compensation for improvement or buildings thereon.
(k). Any building erected on the lot, if so arranged as to
front upon Albert Road must not exceed the height of the existing building on Inland Lot 1280. Any building with a frontage on Wyndham Street must not exceed in height one and a half times the width of Wyndham Street at that point.
(1). Government undertake to ranove any railings on the area. (m). The lessees to pay into the Colonial Treasury on demand
the sum of $6.25 for each additional boundary stone required to define the re-adjusted lot. The stones will be supplied and fixed by the Director of Public Works.
(n). The lessees to pay to the Land Officer, when called
upon to do so, the sum of £30.00 for the new Crown
lease.
(o). The exact boundaries of the lot to be determined before
the issue of the Crown lease and premium and Crown rent
to be then adjusted in accordance with the area and
rates mentioned above.
